ASES aims to be the preferred, competitive, and leading provider of
composite materials within the Aerospace industry, supporting OEMs, MROs, and composite manufacturing organizations.

This policy is communicated, understood, and applied at all levels of ASES.

It provides the foundation for setting and reviewing our quality objectives and guides the decisions
that support our strategic direction.
We ensure that the policy is communicated, understood, and integrated into daily operations, enabling every employee to
contribute to the performance and continual improvement of our Quality Management System.
Aligned with all applicable aerospace standards, ASES remains dedicated to maintaining excellence,
strengthening customer confidence, and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement.
This policy is periodically reviewed to confirm its continued relevance and effectiveness.

This document defines the minimum quality, documentation, traceability, and compliance requirements
applicable to all external providers.

Complaint Management
Complaint Submission
Complaints related to laboratory activities may be submitted by customers or other interested parties via the company
website, e-mail, telephone, written correspondence or verbal communication. Information regarding the complaint
process shall be publicly available on the ASES website.
Complaint Registration and Validation
All complaints shall be forwarded to the Quality Manager and recorded using the AFR-D-100 Customer Complaint Form.
The Quality Manager shall determine whether the complaint is valid and related to laboratory activities.
Complaints determined to be outside the scope of laboratory activities shall be documented together with the
justification and the complainant shall be informed accordingly.
Validated complaints shall be recorded and monitored in the ALS-D-030 Customer Complaint Log.
Investigation and Decision
Valid complaints shall be investigated by competent personnel who, whenever practicable, are independent of the
activities concerned. Investigation results shall be documented in the AFR-D-100 Customer Complaint Form.
Based on the investigation results, the Quality Manager shall approve the final decision.
Where required, corrective actions shall be initiated in accordance with APR-D-003.
Response and Closure
An initial response or status update shall be provided to the complainant within one (1) week of the complaint registration.
The complainant shall be informed of the final outcome of the complaint upon completion of the process.
Complaints shall be closed only after completion of the investigation, implementation of any necessary
actions and communication of the final decision. The complaint status and closure
date shall be updated in the ALS-D-030 Customer Complaint Log.
